Fort Bend County deserves a District Clerk’s Office that works as hard as the people it serves.
Right now, residents wait too long for basic services. Records are delayed. Communication is weak. The system is failing taxpayers who expect efficiency and accuracy. That’s not acceptable.
I’m Audrey Lee, a proud Aggie from Texas A&M’s Mays Business School, where I studied Entrepreneurial Leadership. I learned that strong organizations share three traits: accountability, clarity, and teamwork. Those principles should define our local government too.
The District Clerk’s Office has a team of seventy-eight employees who manage court records, jury duty, child support, and passports for more than eight hundred thousand residents. They deserve leadership that empowers them, not bureaucracy that holds them back.
I’m running to bring business discipline to public service — to modernize systems, train staff, and measure results. The goal is simple: turn a 1-star experience into a 5-star office built on service, transparency, and respect for your time.
This campaign is about restoring trust in a critical part of our justice system. When government respects your time, your tax dollars, and your rights, everyone wins.
I’m ready to serve Fort Bend with integrity, efficiency, and the same commitment to excellence that defines the best of Texas A&M. Together, we can make our county proud of its District Clerk’s Office again.
